A cosy, country atmosphere has been created using a combination of warm textured fabrics and personally collected antiques, some with a history from the area. Downstairs the stylish open plan space includes a lounge with a large open feature fireplace, a dining area with a vaulted ceiling and a well equipped kitchen with a gas hob and convection microwave. Large feature double doors open out on both sides of the living area. On the one side is a patio with a private garden and a picnic bench. A spiral staircase leads you upstairs to the comfortably appointed bedrooms and bathroom. The bedrooms have a serene view, through the Oaks, of the paddock below. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The modern bathroom has a large shower, toilet and bathroom vanity.
